FLSC provides the local community the opportunity to rent items for special event. From Santa suits to center piece items, we offer a variety of rental items to support your needs. For additional information and rental inquiries, please contact email@example.com
1. Equipment may be reserved up to 30-days in advance and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Equipment must be picked up and returned at the agreed upon times or additional charges will be assessed for
each day not turned in. Additional charges will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Renter is responsible for loading/unloading rental equipment.
4. The renter must be actively involved in the event for which the property is being rented.
1. Payment is accepted by cash or check.
2. A completed contract form and the deposit are due at the time of rental. The rental fees must be paid in full no later than the day of pick up.
1. All items must be returned in original condition and suitable for immediate re-rental. Renter will be charged for
labor and materials to replace, repair or clean equipment. ($25 cleaning fee)
2. A late fee will be assessed for each day past the agreed upon return date. ($10 per day)
3. Renter will advise the property manager immediately of any difficulties, damages, or malfunction with the items rented.
